Canada Introduces Study Permit Cap for 2025

- Students funded by Global Affairs Canada-administered scholarships for non-Canadians.
- Applicants selected for the Francophone Minority Communities Student Pilot.
- Individuals applying under public policies enacted by the federal immigration minister in response to crises or other pressures.
